Our process
Six stages. In this order, for a reason.
Each stage removes what the next one cannot. Nothing is skipped for speed.
01
Pre-clean
Straw, dust, chaff and oversized trash come off before anything precise is attempted.
02
Grade
Sized against calibrated screens. Every crop gets its own screen set — jeera is not wheat.
03
De-stone
Stones, mud balls and glass matching the grain in size are separated by density, not sight.
04
Gravity separate
Light, hollow and immature seed splits away from heavy, filled grain worth keeping.
05
Optical sort
Every seed is imaged and judged. Rejects are ejected in under a millisecond.
06
Mill & pack
Wheat goes to stone chakki for atta. The rest is packed whole, batch-stamped, traceable.

We were already here at the seed.
